- Valid for teachers, first responders, and veterans with valid ID. Applies to residential customers only. Pricing is $149/year for one unit and $99/year for each additional unit at the same property. Includes two (2) seasonal HVAC tune-ups and a 20-point inspection per year.
- Additional 5% discount applies to repairs only and is combined with the standard 15% member discount (total 20% off). Discount does not apply to system replacements, installs, or third-party services.
- Appointment required and subject to availability. Priority scheduling provided to active members. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Service area restrictions may apply. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once services have been rendered.
